Summary:
SM - 127 is a aqueous polymer dispersant, mainly for carbon black, organic pigment grinding dispersion, strong anchoring group showed excellent color display, and has significant effect of viscosity, increase dosage of pigment, recommended for water-based ink system.This product does not belong to alkylphenol polyethylene ethoxy ether glycol (APEO) products.

Can work:
Can greatly reduce the interfacial tension between the pigment and resin, the lower the viscosity of the grinding system, make it easier for interoperability.
Special used for grinding the dispersion of carbon black and organic pigment dispersing inorganic fillers is not recommended.
Can add pigment color exhibition, especially for the poor wettability of resin, can improve the gloss.
Reducing the viscosity of coating, high solid content and stability is good, the other can shorten the grinding time, improving grinding fineness.
Application: apply to water-based ink water-based industrial coatings
Recommended usage:
For optimal performance, SM - 127 should not add pigment before joining in grinding phase.

Carbon black: 20-30% according to the BET
Organic pigments: 15-25% according to the BET
